At ACOLSA, through the HACCP system (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) that we have implemented, we perform constant quality controls, from receipt of the first raw and auxiliary materials at the Plant, during the entire Refining Process, until the extraction of the end product, ensuring quality control and traceability that affects all activities and areas required in order to achieve a high quality product, or in other words, every raw material that enters is controlled, monitored, analysed, processed and stored with the purpose of obtaining the maximum guarantee for quality and safety.
At its facilities, ACOLSA has its own laboratory where all of the controls are carried out for each stage of the process, thus guaranteeing the quality and conformity of the end product, which is also certified by an external laboratory.
Our concern for quality is also extended to environmental management. We are certified under the standard ISO-14001:2015, which ensures better reuse and recycling of our waste, thus acquiring a responsible attitude towards the environment. ACOLSA forms part of a chain of companies dedicated to the evaluation of the by-products of olive trees in a clean, ecological and sustainable manner.
