REFINED AND WINTERIZED POMACE OLIVE OIL

PRODUCT DEFINITION:
Oil obtained by a chemical treatment with solvents or other physical process of the liquid -solid olive mill waste subjected to a complete refining process. Oils obtained using solvents or reesterification processes and of any mixture with oils of other kinds are excluded.

QUALITATIVE AND QUANTITATIVE COMPOSITION
According to Regulation (EC) 2016/2095 amending Regulation (EC) 2568/1991, and according to Regulation (UE) 835/2011 regarding maximum levels for polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons.
